Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

MonkHarvest Organics

At MonkHarvest Organics, we strive to provide fresh, natural, and high-quality organic products to our customers. Since many of our products are food and perishable items, returns and refunds are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed.

However, in certain situations, we are happy to work with our customers to provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request cancellation, customers should contact us immediately through email or customer support with their order details.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and delivered, MonkHarvest Organics does not generally accept returns or provide refunds.

However, assistance will be provided in the specific cases outlined below.

3. Damaged Product

If a customer receives a damaged product, MonkHarvest Organics must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Information to Email Us

✓ Image of invoice
✓ Clear images of outer packaging
✓ Clear images of damaged product
🎥 Unboxing video showing the damaged item clearly

After review and verification, we may either replace the product, or provide another suitable resolution depending on the situation.

* Replacement processing may take approximately 7–10 business days. In case of orders containing multiple products, only the affected product may qualify for replacement.

4. Missing Product

If any product is missing from the delivered order, customers must notify MonkHarvest Organics within 48 hours of delivery.

Required proof to share:

• Order number & Invoice image

• Images of the received package

• Unboxing video showing all received items

After verification, the missing product will be re-shipped wherever applicable. Refunds may not be provided for missing product claims without proper evidence.

5. Spoiled or Defective Product

If a product appears spoiled or defective upon delivery, notify MonkHarvest Organics within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, product images/videos, and manufacturing or packaging date (if available).

Natural Variations Notice

Since our products are natural and minimally processed, variations in taste, texture, aroma, or color are completely normal and may occur naturally. Such natural variations shall not be considered defects.

After review and verification, we may provide a replacement or another fair resolution where applicable.

6. Important Notes

1Claims raised after the specified 48-hour reporting period may not be accepted.
2Proper unboxing videos are strongly recommended for all damage or missing item claims.
3MonkHarvest Organics reserves the right to reject claims found to be invalid or fraudulent.
4Resolution timelines may vary depending on product type, vendor response, and logistics availability.
